Orders and Shipping

What are your shipping methods and how long should I wait?

We send by tracked mail, in France and the European Union. Delivery is provided by La Poste Français, delivery times vary between 2 and 6 working days.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you validate your basket, before proceeding with the transaction.

Where is my order ?

As soon as we have posted your order, we will send you the tracking number for your order. Remember to check your SPAMs.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange system?

You have the right to change your mind ! We accept returns and exchanges (while stocks last). Write us an email to claire@jauneparfaitsbleu.com and explain to us. We will come back to you to decide together on a return or exchange.
